Girlology
Girlology Classes are designed to help educate young girls in an age-appropriate manner about their reproductive systems, puberty, relationships, and more.

The classes are split into two courses. Girlology 101 is for girls 8-12 years old and Girlology 201 is for girls 12-18 years old.
Pregnancy Basics Classes
Pregnancy Basics Classes are one-on-one appointments catered to expectant parents of Carroll, Haralson and Heard counties. During this program you will learn the foundational basics of what to expect when you're expecting!​​​
Postpartum Preparation and Breastfeeding
These one-on-one appointments with a Certified Maternal Newborn Nurse & Breastfeeding Counselor are designed to assist you in building a foundation of knowledge that can be put to practical use after delivery.
